Enjoying a beautiful smile created from porcelain veneers is no longer reserved for the rich and famous. Nowadays, everyone can enjoy the benefits a gorgeous smile provides, and it may not be as time-consuming or expensive as you would think!

Here's what you can expect when you get porcelain veneers at Train Station Dental.

Step One: The Evaluation

Dr. Savon and Dr. Engleman have helped hundreds of patients reach their smile goals with porcelain veneers in Audubon, NJ. The process starts when you schedule a smile evaluation with one of our dentists. They'll take the time to talk with you about your goals and desires for your new smile, and together you'll map out the best treatment strategies to get there.

Veneers are thin shells of porcelain that cover the front surface of your tooth to repair minor cosmetic flaws like:

  • Spacing between teeth
  • Tooth discoloration
  • Oddly shaped or sized teeth
  • Chipped or broken teeth
  • Small alignment concerns

Our dentists can use one or two veneers to restore your smile or six to eight to completely redesign it (think "Hollywood" smile).

Step Two: The Prep Appointment

During this visit, our dentists will get your teeth ready for your new veneers, take impressions of your smile for the dental lab, and make temporary veneers for you to wear home. You'll wear your temporary veneers for the next two to three weeks while a trusted dental lab creates your final restorations.

Step Three: Final Veneer Placement

Today is when you'll return to Train Station Dental to receive your new veneers! Our dentists will permanently place your veneers and adjust them to ensure you maintain proper biting function.

Now you're ready to share your new smile with the world!
